Return & Exchange Policy:

Every Tanpopo House order is package with care. In the odd chance that an item arrives damaged, Tanpopo House will gladly send you a replacement. Just send us an email or contact us via our messaging service located in the bottom right corner of our site. Please just make sure you let us know within 7 days. 

Looking to return a product? Items can be exchanged for a full refund within 7-days of receipt or for store credit 14-days after receiving your delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping, and refunds will be processed once Tanpopo House receives the return. Please contact us by email or via our messaging service located in the bottom right corner of our site to start your return process.
